Sambal goreng Hati - Spicy Chicken Fried Liver





Bahan

  • 200 g hati ayam
  • 10 buah cabe merah
  • 5 siung bawang merah
  • 2 buah tomat
  • minyak goreng
  • Garam
  • air 250 ml

Cara pembuatan

Goreng Ayam
  • 3 siung bawang merah dihaluskan dan dicampurkan dengan hati ayam, tambahkan garam dan rebus dengan air 250 ml selama 15 menit.
  • Setelah 15 menit angkat dan pisahkan hati ayam dari kaldu
  • Potong hati ayam kecil-kecil dan kemudian goreng
Sambel

  • Haluskan bawang merah dan cabe merah, kemudian tambahkan tomat yang telah dipotong-potong
  • Goreng sampai matang, kemudian tambahkan sisa kaldu rebusan hati ayam. Aduk selama 5 menit dan siap disajikan






Ingredients

  • 200 g of chicken liver
  • 10 pieces of Red Chili
  • 5 cloves of onion
  • 2 pieces of tomato
  • cooking oil
  • salt
  • water 250 ml

Procedures

To make fried chicken liver

  • 3 cloves of onion were grinded and then mixed with chicken liver. Add salt and then boil for 15 minutes.
  • Lift the chicken liver and separate from the remaining of broth boiled.
  • Cut into smaller pieces and then fry until it turn to brown-black.

To make chili sauce

  • Grind the chili and 2 cloves of onion.
  • Add the chopped tomatoes
  • Fry until cooked and then add the remaining of broth boiled of chicken liver. Mix and stir  for 5 minutes
  • Ready to serve.
